In a commencement celebration held on July 10, 2023, CSU - Lasam congratulated the 168 academic completers of its 4 programs - BS in Industrial Technology (86), BS in Information Technology (46), Bachelor of Elementary Education (14), and Bachelor of Secondary Education (22).

The honoring of graduates and their parents was led by the University President, Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado, the VP for Academics- Dr. Mariden V. Cauilan, VP for RDE - Dr. Junel B. Guzman, CEO of Lasam Campus - Dr. Florante Victor M. Balatico, Executive Assistant to the President and University Information Officer - Prof. Ana Marie C. Cauilan, Director of Instruction - Dr. Lirio C. Mangawil, Director of Admissions - Dr. Maribi Maria Benita E. Balagan, Director of Student Development and Welfare - Dr. Loraine S. Tattao, Director of Alumni Relations and Placement Services -Dr. Recto Aguirre, campus officials, and faculty and administrative workforce members.
